PENDLETON — The public is invited to see Pendleton High School’s Rhythmic Mode dance team prior to the state championship competition.

The team will present its routine with a theme of “Awaken the Masters.” The free dress rehearsal performance is Monday, March 12 at 6 p.m. at Warburg Court at the high school, 1800 N.W. Carden Ave., Pendleton. There is no admission charge.

The event provides a fun way for the public to show support and watch the team to see how hard they have worked all year, said Lora Franks.

The team is preparing for the 5A Oregon School Activities Association Dance and Drill State Championships, which begins Friday, March 16 at Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Portland. For more information, visit www.osaa.org.
