PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Zachary Taylor Knaus, 29, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Supplying Contraband: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $500 fine, $2,500 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Delivery of Hydrocodone: sentenced to $200 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Daniel Gary Lebsock, 25, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to two counts of Strangulation: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service and $1,750 fine-suspended for each count; pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentence discharged.

•Cesar Corcuera Jimenez, 27, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Unlawful Use of Weapon: sentenced to 13 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 2 years post-prison supervision, $500 fine and $147.97 restitution; pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to $200 fine.

•Glenda Loretta Fisher, 39, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine, $1,800 fine-suspended, $29.85 restitution and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to two counts of Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service and $200 fine for each count.

•Jack Dale Castator, 33, Boardman, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 60 hours community service, $200 fine and $1,800 fine-suspended.

•John Dario Godinez, 59, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/ Revoked: sentenced to 5 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $4,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

MISDEMEANOR

•David Ryan Fear, 28, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 1 year probation and enrollment in Diversion Program.

•Norbeto Nestor Muniz Jr., 38, Pendleton (EOCI), pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class C/Unclassified Felony: sentenced to 364 days jail and $100 fine.

•Jonathan Franklin Figueroa, 23, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,505 fine, $1,250 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service and $100 fine.

•Richard Dean Blanchet, 42, Pendleton, pleaded no contest to Theft III: sentenced to 15 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 10 hours community service and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Nathaniel Lewis Eickstaedt, 21, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence: sentenced to 18 days jail, 162 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation and $1,750 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to a second count of Assault IV-domestic violence: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation and $1,750 fine-suspended; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Gary Donavon McDaniel, 45, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Menacing-domestic violence: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $750 fine-suspended.

•Julian Mendoza Madrigal, 38, Boardman, pleaded guilty to two counts of Criminal Trespass I: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $100 fine and $1,650 fine-suspended for each count, plus court costs and fees.

•Brandon Neal Low-Web, 25, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $200 fine and $800 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Kylie Ann West, 36, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.
