PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Kristen Renee Fristoe, 26, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Assaulting Public Safety Officer: sentenced to 14 days jail, 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 120 hours community service, $200 fine and $1,300 fine-suspended.

•Thomas Benard Patt, 56, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentence to discharge.

•Miguel Angel Chavez, 31, Salem (OSP), pleaded guilty to Assault of Public Safety Officer: sentenced to 13 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), and 2 years post-prison supervision.

•Marvin Lewis Strickland, 38, Boardman, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 3 months jail, 1 year post-prison supervision and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Vanessa Ashley Dunmeyer, 26, Hermiston, pleaded not guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units and 80 hours community service (conditional discharge).

•Oscar Miguel Mejia, 32, Baker City (PRCF), pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentence to discharge.

•Juan de Dios Lopez Avila, 25, Boardman, pleaded guilty to Forgery I and Identity Theft: sentenced to 2 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service and $200 fine for each count, and $1,480.38 restitution; pleaded no contest to Negotiating Bad Check: sentenced to 15 days jail and $100 fine; pleaded no contest to Theft II: sentenced to $100 fine (discharged).

•Derek Bradford Jeppeson, 36, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Assaulting a Public Safety Officer: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 120 hours community service, $200 fine, $800 fine-suspended and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended.

•Kari Lynn Rytting, 36, Irrigon, was convicted of Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units and $100 fine; pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $355 fine, $900 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $200 fine-suspended; pleaded guilty to two counts of Failure to Appear II; sentences to discharge.

•Mark Andres Johnston, 46, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, $750 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus attorney fees.

•Demetri Andrew Brockie, 33, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $200 fine, $1,800 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Giving False Information to Police: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine and $1,900 fine-suspended.

•Tracee Ray Harris, 34, College Place, Wash., pleaded guilty to two counts of Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units and 80 hours community service for each count.

MISDEMEANOR

•Timothy Golden McMurphy, 31, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended and 13 months probation.

•Richard Donald Johnson III, 32, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Report as Sex Offender: sentenced to 90 days jail.

•William Clark Grant, 49, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 2 days jail, 178 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,505 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Melissa Ann Johnston, 41, Elgin, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,505 fine, $1,250 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Kelly Renee Carroll, 33, Hermiston, pleaded no contest to Harassment: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, $100 fine, $900 fine-suspended and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees.

•Severra Lee Jaime, 32, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class A Misdemeanor: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service and $150 fine.

•Donald Everett Hinton, 49, Toledo, Ore., pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Michael Scott Dixon, 38, Heppner, pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of Firearm: sentenced to 30 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.
