PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Kristi Deann Higheagle, 37, Pendleton, pleaded no contest to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $2,000 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded no contest to a second count of Possession of Methamphetamie, Possession of Hydrocodone, Driving While Suspended/Revoked, Interfering With Peace/Parole/Probation Officer and Failure to Appear I, sentences discharged.

•Jody Lee Vanetten, 45, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentence to discharge.

•Tayts Lindsey Scott, 49, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $1,500 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension (sentence to discharge).

•Sterling Harrison Severe, 27, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to three counts of Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 6 months jail and 1 year post-prison supervision for each count, and $450 attorney fees.

•Kevin Justin Bryant, 34, Woodland, Wash., pleaded guilty to Aggravated Theft I: sentenced to 24 months Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC), 2 years post-prison supervision and $200 fine; pleaded guilty to Burglary II: sentenced to 18 months Oregon DOC and 1 year post-prison supervision; pleaded guilty to a second count of Burglary II, Possession of Methamphetamine, Criminal Mischief I and Criminal Mischief II: sentences discharged.

•Daryl Scott Frederickson, 41, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Fleeing or Attempt to Elude Police Officer: sentenced to 15 months Oregon DOC, 2 years post-prison supervision, $200 fine, $500 compensatory fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving: sentenced to $200 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension.

MISDEMEANOR

•Fernando Duarte Garcia, 25, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 160 hours community service, $1,255 fine, $750 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; was convicted of Delivery of Less than 1 Ounce Marijuana for No Consideration: sentenced to 6 months driver’s license suspension (sentence discharged); pleaded guilty to Giving False Information to Police: sentenced to $100 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II and Escape III: sentences discharged.

•Spencer Allen Califf, 35, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Fleeing or Attempt to Elude Police and Reckless Driving: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $100 fine, $1,900 fine-suspended and 90 days driver’s license suspension for each count, plus court costs and fees.

•Alexis Salinas Garcia, 23, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 10 days jail, 170 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $1,000 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Tatiana Rubi Alvarez, 26, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Guadalupe Mendez, 22, Boardman, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $500 fin and $1,250 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Laura Ann Warren, 55, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 40 hours community service, $500 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension (conditional discharge).

•Raymundo Jara Navarette, 71, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine and $6,150 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Megan Rene Bass, 26, Troutdale, pleaded guilty to Resisting Arrest: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.
