PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Maria Anita Martinez, 35, Irrigon, pleaded no contest to Burglary II and guilty to Theft I: sentenced to 18 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC) and 1 year post-prison supervision for each count, $200 fine and $496 restitution, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Theft II: restitution ordered as part of previous case; pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief II; sentence discharged.

•Douglas Dean Halbert Jr., 34, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Felon in Possession of Firearm: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and $800 fine-suspended; pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended and 2 years probation.

•Adalberto Garcia Lara, 34, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Assault IV and Strangulation: sentenced to 2 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units and 120 hours community service; pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation, 80 hours community service and 1 year driver’s license suspension.

•Denis Anatolyevich Krivosheenko, 28, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to two counts of Robbery II: sentenced to 70 months Oregon DOC and 3 years post-prison supervision for each count, plus restitution to be determined.

MISDEMEANOR

•Terry Lee Rains, 48, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 30 hours community service, $100 fine and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees.

•Wendy Lee Hill, 56, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $200 fine, $800 fine-suspended and restitution to be determined.

•Elsa Miriam Delapaz, 63, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $100 fine, $750 fine-suspended and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees.

•Bonnie Cecile Tally, 59, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 30 hours community service, $100 fine, $900 fine-suspended and 90 days driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Harold Arthur Brogoitti, 77, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, $250 fine, $6,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Ricardo Santos Ramirez, 37, Pasco, Wash., pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 90 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $2,255 fine, $4,250 fine-suspended and lifetime driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Nychal Ryan Gritz, 22, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person-domestic violence: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $500 compensatory fine and $1,551.68 restitution; pleaded guilty to Harassment-domestic violence: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended and 2 years probation.

•Chrystal Lucinda Scott (Montez), 32, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 60 days jail, 120 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 160 hours community service, $2,005 fine, $1,750 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Martin Vaughn Martinez, 27, Oxford, Wis., pleaded guilty to DUII: sentence discharged.

•Rodrigo Arellano Rodriguez, 22, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $100 fine, $1,650 fine-suspended and $759 restitution, plus court costs and fees.

•Guadalupe Perez Rubio, 56, Boardman, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation, 240 hours community service, $2,755 fine, $1,500 fine-suspended and lifetime suspension of driver’s license, plus court costs and fees.

•Chriselda Gutierrez, 39, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 15 days jail, 165 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $1,755 fine, $1,500 fine-suspended and 3 years driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Careless Driving; pleaded guilty to a second count of DUII: sentenced to 2 days jail, 178 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $2,255 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.
