PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Miranda Alicia Longoria, 21, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Burglary I: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units and 240 hours community service, plus restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine, Theft I, Attempt to Commit Class C/Unclassified Felony and Theft III: sentences to discharge.

•Jason Michael Francisco Garza, 28, Irrigon, pleaded no contest to Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer: sentenced to 25 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), 3 years post-prison supervision, $100 fine, $114.60 restitution and 90 days driver’s license suspension; pleaded no contest to Possession of Forged Instrument I: sentenced discharged; pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 364 days jail, $300 fine and $700 fine-suspended; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 364 days jail.

•Damion Nathaniel Creason, 27, Portland, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to $200 fine.

•Nicholas Geraldo Guerra, 27, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Heroin: sentenced to 60 days jail, 1 year post-prison supervision, $200 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Cassandra Darlene Ross, 28, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to two counts of Identity Theft: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $20 fine and $454.40 restitution (second count discharged).

MISDEMEANOR

•Deanna Lorrine Tinker, 28, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 20 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended.

•Cesar Esteban Ruiz, 33, College Place, Wash., pleaded guilty to Giving False Information to Police: sentence to discharge.

•Oscar T. Queahpama, 36, Warm Springs, pleaded guilty to DUII (diversion revoked): sentenced to 90 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation and 240 hours community service.

•Karen May Rice, 56, Heppner, pleaded guilty to DUII (diversion revoked): sentenced to 2 days jail, 178 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $2,000 fine, $255 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Dawn Denise Shadwick, 48, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass I: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $250 fine and $750 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Glen Verner Swanger Jr., 26, Echo, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $500 fine, $1,250 fine-suspended and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees.

•Timothy Allen Okaly, 41, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Hydrocodone: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Elexas Shining Star Bearchum, 22, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance (Schedule I): amended sentence (due to probation violation) 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $500 fine, $1,250 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to DUII: amended sentence (due to probation violation) 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Eugenio Rojas Hernandez, 20, Ione, pleaded no contest to DUII: sentenced to 10 days jail, 170 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,255 fine, $1,500 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded no contest to Reckless Driving and Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension for each count.

•Brock Martin McDonough, 20, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Unlawful Delivery of Marijuana Item: sentenced to 2 days jail and $100 fine.

•Mary Ellen Prevo, 47, Baker City, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 60 days jail and $39.97 restitution; pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentence to discharge.
