PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Elias Chales Mendoza, 31, Everson, Wash., pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 120 days jail, 1 year post-prison supervision, $200 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, $2,255 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to a second count of DUII: sentenced to 60 days jail, $2,255 fine and 3 years driver’s license suspension.

•Maria Elena Montez, 50, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 160 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended.

•Jeremy Allen Gump, 28, Portland, pleaded guilty to Unlawful Use of Weapon: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $200 fine and $1,800 fine-suspended.

•Austin Vanderkooy, 20, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class B Felony: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 60 hours community service, $500 fine, $4,500 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus attorney fees; pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•George Anthoney Martin, 60, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 120 hours community service and $1,500 fine-suspended.

•Joshua Phillip Miltenberger, 26, Ontario (SRCI), pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of Heroin: sentenced to $200 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension (sentences discharged).

MISDEMEANOR

•Ricardo Javier Garcia Huerta, 30, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass I: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 80 hours community service, $250 fine and $100 attorney fees.

•Layton Gene Winebarger, 20, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $100 fine; pleaded guilty to two counts of Resisting Arrest: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 30 hours community service, $100 fine and $1,900 fine-suspended for each count, plus court costs and fees.

•Michael Edward Savage, 28, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Resisting Arrest: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended and 2 years probation.

•Richard Danial Lemmon, 23, Boardman, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 100 hours community service and $200 fine, plus attorney fees; pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Stephen Scott Rodriguez, 38, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Interfering With Peace/Parole/Probation Officer: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $200 fine and $2,800 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to 3 days jail and $100 fine.

•Richard Andrew Miller, 29, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to DUII and Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $1,255 fine and 18 months driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Peter Henry Rachor, 36, Athena, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $1,750 fine-suspended.

•Adalberto Aguiar Estrada, 36, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units and $100 fine, plus attorney fees; pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class A Misdemeanor: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units and $100 fine, plus attorney fees.

•Melani Guadalupe Rubio Sepulveda, 19, Maple Valley, Wash., pleaded guilty to Fleeing/Attempt to Elude Police Officer: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 30 months probation, 60 hours community service, $100 fine, $1,900 fine-suspended and 90 days driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Merry Jo Adams, 53, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 20 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended, plus attorney fees.

•Joshua Paul Williams, 25, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Strangulation-domestic violence: sentenced to 168 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 160 hours community service and $300 fine, plus restitution to be determined.
