Sentences

PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Kathy Ann Thomas (Chatty, Fogg, Robertson), 52, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Delivery of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended.

•Ramon Luis Zaragoza, 38, Milton-Freewater, pleaded no contest to Burglary I and Aggravated Theft I: sentenced to 26 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC) for each count, and 3 (2) years post-prison supervision; pleaded no contest to Failure to Report as Sex Offender: sentence to discharge.

•Brandon Alan Huffman, 36, Spokane, Wash., pleaded guilty to two counts of Unauthorized Use of Vehicle: sentenced to 18 months Oregon DOC and 1 year post-prison supervision for each count.

•Joseph Lee Sumerlin, 38, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Delivery of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 5 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended.

•Kenneth Blaine Jackson, 54, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Assault III: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 160 hours community service, $200 fine and $2,300 fine-suspended, and 5 years driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 10 days jail, $3,55 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving: sentence discharged.

•Dennis Robert Thomas Faria, 33, MIlton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Delivery of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $200 fine and $1,300 fine-suspended.

•Gage Darrell Woods, 19, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Unauthorized Use of Vehicle: sentenced to 18 months Oregon DOC, 1 year post-prison supervision and $4,816.47 restitution; pleaded guilty to Theft III: sentence discharged.

•Ruben Garza, 53, Madras (DRCI), pleaded guilty to Aggravated Harassment: sentenced to 25 months Oregon DOC and 2 years post-prison supervision.

MISDEMEANOR

•Gary Wayne Fogle, 42, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,505 fine, $1,250 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon and two counts of Failure to Appear II: sentences to discharge.

•Brandon Eugene Counsell, 25, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $100 fine, $1,650 fine-suspended, restitution to be determined and 90 days driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Steven Andrew Allan, 21, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class A Misdemeanor: sentenced to 90 days jail, 2 years probation, 90 hours community service and $100 fine.

•Michael Thomas Hall, 31, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 6 months jail for each count.

•Leonard Hamilton Slawson, 69, St. Joseph, Mo., pleaded guilty to Giving False Information to Police on Citation/Warrant: sentenced to 30 days jail and $100 fine.

•Andre Marcel Lecornu Jr., 41, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 90 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 4 years probation, 240 hours community service, $2,755 fine, $2,500 fine-suspended and revocation of driver’s license, plus court costs and fees.

•Felipe Dejesus Farias Flores, 35, Pasco, Wash., pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 4 days jail and $1,000 fine.

•Gustavo Lopez, 26, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of Firearm: sentenced to 7 days jail, 173 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 160 hours community service, $250 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to $100 fine.

•Thomas D. Warnsley, 22, Umatilla, pleaded no contest to Assault IV: sentence to discharge.

•Subieyande Kodet, 32, Boise, Idaho, pleaded guilty to Giving False Information for Issuance/Service of Citation/Warrant: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service, $500 fine and $500 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.
