TJ Hancock (Pendleton), a 5-foot-10, 175-pound wide receiver for Eastern Oregon University, has 22 catches for 213 yards and one touchdown this season for the 3-2 Mountaineers. The redshirt junior also has returned 11 punts for 28 yards.

Hancock and EOU will play at Southern Oregon University on Saturday.

Delaney Clem (Pendleton), a junior for the Central Washington University cross-country team, placed 37th at the Saint Martin’s Invitational on Sept. 22.

A two-year letter winner for the Wildcats, Clem and her teammates will run at the Lewis-Clark State College Invitational on Oct. 13.

The Wildcats were chosen to finish fifth this season in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference preseason coaches poll.

Freddy Rodriguez (Hermiston), a sophomore forward at Walla Walla Community College, has helped the Warriors to first place in the East Division with a 5-1-1 record.

Rodriguez, who has played in all 11 games for WWCC (7-2-2 overall), has three goals and three assists this season.

Patrick Collins (Heppner), a redshirt sophomore offensive lineman for the Mountaineers, has played in three games this season — against College of Idaho, Southern Oregon and Montana Tech.

The 6-foot-4, 270-pound Collins was a two-time all-state offensive and defensive lineman for the Mustangs, and the 2015 OSAA Defensive Player of the year.

Jenny Garcia (Stanfield), a sophomore at Treasure Valley Community College, is running cross-country for the Chukars.

Garcia placed 76th at the Ken Garland Classic on Sept. 22 in Lacey, Wash. She turned in a time of 22 minutes, 58.66 seconds over the 5K course.

On Sept. 29, Garcia clocked a 23:14.70 at the Charles Bowles Invitational in Salem. She finished 113th in the women’s gold 5,000-meter race.

Garcia will race again Saturday at the Lewis & Clark College Invitational.
