Clelan F. ‘Lee’ Dudek

Clelan F. “Lee” Dudek, 92, of Pendleton died December 15, 2017, at his home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 12, 2018 at Pendleton Pioneer Chapel, Folsom-Bishop, with interment to follow at Skyview Memorial Park.

He was born on September 7, 1925, on a homestead in Baca County, Colorado, near Stonington. He grew up and attended school in Eugene, Oregon. In 1945, he joined the Navy and served in the South Pacific during WWII.

He was honorably discharged in 1946 and returned to Eugene where he met and married Luella Lois Pickert. They enjoyed hunting, fishing and rock hunting. They traveled in Baja, California, and enjoyed the camping there.

They ran their business, Lee’s Refrigeration, for over 50 years.

He is survived by his niece, Cherie Elmen of Cove, Oregon, and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Luella Dudek, on Sept. 26, 2017.
