6:20 a.m. - Emergency agencies responded to a roof fire at Conagra Foods-Lamb Weston, 78153 Westland Road, Hermiston.
8:54 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report of domestic violence on Fuji Lane, Milton-Freewater.
9:51 a.m. - Hermiston police received the first of four complaints of spray-painted graffiti. Vandals marred surfaces on East Ridgeway Avenue, West Ridgeway Avenue, Northeast Third Street and West Theater Lane.
12:48 p.m. - Someone broke a window on the 900 block of Evans Street, Milton-Freewater. Police water received a report of another broken window on the 200 block of Southwest First Avenue.
2:08 p.m. - A Hermiston man said his home on Northwest Spruce Street did not have water, even though he paid his water bill.
2:09 p.m. - Hermiston police responded to McKenzie Park at West Orchard Avenue and South First Street for a juvenile sitting on top of the roof of the gazebo. Officers issued the roof sitter a warning.
2:23 p.m. - A mother reported her daughter left the high school in Irrigon at about 8 in the morning with a 22-year-old man.
2:48 p.m. - A Hermiston veteran on East Jennie Avenue reported the theft of his therapy dog, a brown and white Corgi. He also said he may have a lead on who has the dog.
3:04 p.m. - An Irrigon resident on Washington Lane reported pit bull dogs harassed her chickens, and her daughter contained one of them.
3:59 p.m. - A Umatilla resident told police someone switched the plates on his vehicles.
•Umatilla tribal police arrested Randolph Charles Boise, 30, no address provided, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
•Hermiston police arrested Alexis Jose Ramos, 26, of 1066 N.E. Gladys Drive, Hermiston, on probation violation and for possession of cocaine and giving false information.
•Hermiston police arrested Justin Theodore Wallis, 38, of 865 W. Orchard Ave., Hermiston, for possession of methamphetamine and on warrants.
•Stanfield police arrested Lori Marie Crandall, 37, of La Grande, for felony possession of a federally controlled substance and on a warrant for failure to appear in a Umatilla County drug possession case.
•Oregon State Police arrested Nathan Charles Burton, 34, of 971 Cedar St., Pendleton, for felony possession of a federally controlled substance, failure to display a driver’s license and on a warrant for failure to appear.
•Oregon State Police arrested Lionel Elias White, 30, of 73750 McKinley Lane, Pendleton, for felony possession of a federally controlled substance and giving false information.
•Umatilla tribal police arrested Charles Edward Whetstine, 48, no address provided, for DUII.
