8:33 a.m. - Someone left skid marks and tore a gate off the hinges at the Morrow County gravel pit off West Eighth Road, Irrigon. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office took a report.
1:06 p.m. - An employee of Gotta Stop Mini Mart, 1580 W. Highland Ave., Hermiston, called 911 and reported a male pulled a gun on her and left in a gray Ford F150 pickup with a white trailer.
2:45 p.m. - A caller reported two people were camping for the past two weeks near a grove of trees between the Heppner reservoir dam and the campground. The pair has also been digging on the trail, according to the caller.
3:30 p.m. - The driver of a maroon Chevrolet Tahoe drew a complaint for speeding on Southeast Utah Street, Irrigon. The caller said he was concerned for the safety of children because this happens when school lets out.
5:29 p.m. - A caller at the Umatilla Sage Riders arena, 81907 N. Highway 395, Hermiston, reported a burglary and theft of a PlayStation 4 and a .40-caliber pistol.
7:12 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office took a report of criminal mischief after a caller reported someone shut down a well on Willow Creek Road, Heppner, which broke the plumbing.
7:45 p.m. - Antifreeze contributed to a crash at Highway 395 and Bagget Lane, Hermiston.
A truck dumped about a dozen one-gallon plastic jugs of antifreeze in front of traffic, and a Geo Metro crashed into the rear of an Audi Q4. Neither driver was injured, but the wreck blocked the road.
•Hermiston police arrested Jeova Gerardo Guzman, 27, of Hermiston, for parole violation and possession of methamphetamine.
•Umatilla tribal police arrested Shirleen Speedis, 50, of 73750 McKinley Lane, Pendleton, for failure to display a license, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, dangerous drugs, and criminal activity in drugs.
