5:48 a.m. - Boardman fire, police and ambulance crews and the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office were called to a mobile home fire on Toms Camp Road and Kunze Lane near Boardman. The Red Cross reported two people were affected by the fire and were providing assistance.
7:48 a.m. - A single-vehicle rollover accident was reported at M&M Potato, 30572 Feedville Road, Hermiston. A second accident was reported just two minutes later at South Highway 395 and East Airport Road, Hermiston.
8:44 a.m. - An 81-year-old man lost control of his vehicle on the eastbound I-84/Highway 730 overpass while attempting to overtake another vehicle, drove through the median and collided with a guardrail on the westbound side, taking out six posts. The driver and his 71-year-old wife were taken to Good Shepherd for treatment.
While investigating the crash, an Oregon State Police trooper recovered a firearm reported stolen from Roswell, New Mexico. The driver of the vehicle had purchased the firearm at a swap meet in Arizona sometime between 1996 and 1998.
10:42 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a backpack containing a laptop and wallet left outside Cornerstone Gallery & Gift Shop, 388 N. Main St., Heppner. The caller said the backpack would be kept inside the store in case someone reported it missing.
3:49 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office investigated a commercial panic alarm at Hermiston Veterinary Clinic, 1995 S. Highway 395.
4:38 p.m. - Oregon State Police cited a driver for failure to drive within lane after a two-vehicle accident near milepost 12 on Highway 204 east of Weston. The 21-year-old man lost control on an icy curve and collided with another vehicle, which had pulled to the side of the road to avoid the collision.
5:43 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle accident on Highway 11 near Adams.
8:46 p.m. - A burglary was reported at a home on Damsel Court, Hermiston.
9:22 p.m. - A black cow running down West Eighth Street across Highway 730 in the turn lane was hit by a car. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office, Irrigon ambulance and fire crews responded to the scene, but the driver refused transport to the hospital.
4:19 a.m. - A caller near West Locust Street and Heather Drive, Stanfield, heard a loud crash but did not see an accident, and described two vehicles seen in the area just prior to the crash.
•Hermiston police arrested Joshua Paul William, 24, address not provided, for domestic violation charges of fourth-degree aggravated assault and strangulation.
•Ricky Lee Ellison, 30, address not provided, was arrested by Pendleton police on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.
