8:23 a.m. - A caller on Southwest 13th Street, Pendleton, told police the gray house across the street had windows broken out and maybe an officer should check on it.
9:14 a.m. - A Hermiston man asked to talk to an officer about his ex-wife harassing him with text messages. He said she uses an app that changes her number.
10:05 a.m. - A woman reported the theft of her case containing her driver’s license, credit card and more from the 1300 block of North First Street, Hermiston.
11:15 a.m. - Hermiston police took a report of the theft of three projection Christmas lights from the First United Methodist Church, 191 E. Gladys Ave.
11:42 a.m. - A Pilot Rock caller reported animal abuse on the 100 block of Southwest Birch Street.
12:17 p.m. - Pilot Rock police responded to a report of possible domestic violence on Northeast Douglas Street.
12:46 p.m. - Staff at the One Stop, 457 E. Main St., Athena, reported a theft.
2:10 p.m. - Law enforcement took a theft complaint from Atkinson Staffing, 80796 Highway 395, Hermiston.
6:09 p.m. - A 911 caller reported a burglary at Powerline and Radar roads, Umatilla.
6:41 p.m. - Staff at the Irrigon Medical Clinic, 220 N. Main Ave,, Irrigon, reported a 26-year-old man jumped from a moving vehicle and suffered a head injury. An ambulance took the man to Good Shepherd Medical Center, Hermiston.
8:48 p.m. - Hermiston police received a report of animal abuse on West Division Avenue.
11:33 p.m. - Hermiston police responded to the 1000 block of Southwest 11th Street for a possible burglary in progress. There were no suspects at the scene when police arrived.
•Pendleton police a little after 3 p.m. responded to a call about a man with a knife in the area of Northwest 12th Street and Despain Avenue. Police found Danny Allen Bartell, 47, of at Northwest 12th Street and Carden Avenue and arrested him for harassment and menacing, both misdemeanors.
