12:20 a.m. - A resident of an apartment complex on South Highway 395, Hermiston, reported his downstairs neighbor threatened him.

3:23 a.m. - Hermiston police received a report of a burglary at a residence on West Hermiston Avenue. The caller said it happened sometime after 10 p.m., and the front door was shattered.

8:51 a.m. - Pendleton police received a burglary report from a resident of Southeast Third Street.

8:53 a.m. - Morrow County sheriff’s deputies found a stolen camper trailer while conducting a search warrant on County Line Road south of Irrigon.

10:05 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of theft at AC Mini Storage and RV Park, 2255 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton.

12:30 p.m. - Theft was reported by a resident of Highway 334, Athena. A Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy took a report.

1:03 p.m. - A man reported to Hermiston police that a white four-door sedan with Washington plates and tinted windows had been following him around town for the past two days. He requested options.

1:04 p.m. - A theft was reported by a resident of Northwest Carden Avenue, Pendleton.

1:24 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office issued a citation to someone shooting on the Umatilla National Wildlife Refuge, Paterson Ferry Road and Columbia Lane, Irrigon.

1:52 p.m. - A Pilot Rock police officer investigated a report of possible possession of stolen items at a residence on Southwest 10th Street.

2:11 p.m. - The Boardman Fire Department was called to a residence on Rippee Road for a heater that was smoking and burned a hole in the wall.

2:29 p.m. - A vehicle was reported broken into on Southwest Second Street, Pilot Rock.

6:20 p.m. - Pendleton police took a theft report from a resident of Northwest Ninth Street.

7:51 p.m. - A resident of Driftwood Court, Umatilla, reported to Umatilla police his roommate hit him in the face at their trailer. He declined medical assistance.

9:30 p.m. - A vehicle was broken into and a firearm stolen at a residence on West Standard Avenue, Hermiston.


2:45 a.m. - A burglary was reported at a residence on Southwest Ninth Drive, Hermiston. A Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy took a report.


•Umatilla police arrested Robert Cecil Montgomery, 37, Hermiston, on felony aggravated assault charges of fourth-degree assault and strangulation, and a misdemeanor charge of menacing.

•Jeramy Gordon Foley, 31, Hermiston, was arrested by Hermiston police for first-degree burglary, first-degree theft and mail theft, all felonies, and on misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana, second-degree theft and three failure to appear warrants.

•Umatilla Tribal police arrested Katie Elizabeth Bounds, 30, and Curtis Walter Walker, 52, addresses not provided, for possession of methamphetamine.

•Pendleton police cited and released Nicholas Zubiria, 26, Pendleton, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
