2:44 a.m. - A caller reported the theft of a white Chevrolet pickup with a canopy from the Pilot Travel Center, 2115 S. Highway 395, Stanfield.
8:15 a.m. - Hermiston police took a report about a restraining order violation. The caller said a woman has the order against him, but she keeps texting him, which violates the order.
11:05 a.m. - An employee at the Gotta Stop, 131 Sixth St., Umatilla, asked to speak to police about being harassed by an ex-employee’s boyfriend.
12:05 p.m. - Hermiston police took a report for the theft of medication from a residence on the 400 block of West Hartley Avenue.
4:55 p.m. - A horse owner reported the landlord is harming her horses and cut off their water at River Ranch Campground on West Sprague Street, Echo.
5:26 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint about the lack of water for five horses in a pasture on East East Street, Lexington. A deputy contacted the pasture owners, who said they would fill the horse trough on Friday.

•Hermiston police arrested Layton Gene Winebarger, 19, of 161 N.E. 15th St., Unit C, Hermiston, for possession of Oxycodone and on two warrants for failure to appear.
