People living in an RV drew a complaint, Hermiston has two burglaries and a Milton-Freewater business reported a burglary as well

9:47 a.m. - Stanfield police received a complaint about people living in a recreational vehicle parking on South Lucy Street, where noxious vegetation has overgrown and storage containers and junk vehicles are on the property.

9:53 a.m. - Hermiston police responded to a report of a burglary on the 900 block of West Ridgeway Avenue

12:06 p.m. - Hermiston police also responded to a call about a burglary in progress on the 300 block of East Main Street.

4:27 p.m. - A Milton-Freewater caller reported someone broke out the side window of his truck and stole a Dewalt drill on the 1000 block of North Main Street.

5 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report for a burglary at Mathis Floor Service, 52731 Sunquist Road, Milton-Freewater.

11:31 p.m. - Umatilla police checked into a fight at the Mobil service station, 1800 Sixth St., Umatilla.


•Hermiston police arrested Rachel Elizabeth Collyer, 34, of Hermiston, for possession of methamphetamine and warrants.

•Umatilla County Community Justice arrested Sara Renee Powell, 26, of Pendleton on a warrant and for assaulting a public safety officer and resisting arrest.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Zachary W. Batterton, 28, of 115 W. Broadway St., Milton-Freewater, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
