5:44 a.m. - Hermiston police received a report of a vehicle break-in on West Sunland Avenue.
7:25 a.m. - A resident of Country Garden Estates, 81435 Country Garden Road, Irrigon, reported nine horses were on her property, and she wasn’t sure who they belonged to. The owner was contacted and returned the horses to his property.
7:44 a.m. - A woman filed a theft report with the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office on behalf of her mentally disabled brother, who lives on Southeast Court Street, Heppner.
8:19 a.m. - A vehicle was damaged by crossing arms at the railroad crossing at Southwest Frazer Avenue and Ninth Street, Pendleton.
9:21 a.m. - An employee of AgriNorthwest reported his company vehicle stolen sometime since Saturday evening from the vicinity of the radio towers at Paterson Ferry Road and Frontage Lane, Boardman.
10:14 a.m. - A member of the board of directors for the Hermiston warming station alleged that other board members are stealing items from the warming station, including hygiene items. Hermiston police took a report.
11:11 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office was called to Kinkade Road Southwest, Boardman, after a report of a juvenile male with a knife acting in a threatening manner.
11:19 a.m. - Hermiston police received a report of money taken from a woman’s account via the ATM at One Stop Mart, 1295 N.W. 11th St.
1:42 p.m. - Residents of North Ott Road, Hermiston, reported a theft. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Department took a report.
3:08 p.m. - Umatilla police were called to a reported fight between two men at Tyler Avenue and Powerline Road, but were unable to find the combatants.
4:04 p.m. - A resident of the first block of Ireland Drive, Milton-Freewater, reported holes in a window and the siding of his residence.
4:36 p.m. - A backpack, laptop and school books were reported stolen from the 1000 block of Northeast Third Avenue, Milton-Freewater.
4:37 p.m. - A second car prowl was reported to Hermiston police, this one at a residence at Stage Gulch and Kilgore roads, Pendleton.
•A 44-year-old Heppner man was cited following a crash on Highway 395 north of Hermiston. Erik Wenberg pulled out from a side street into the path of Lindsey Cabral, 22, of Hermiston, causing a crash that damaged both vehicles, sent both drivers and a passenger in Wenberg’s vehicle to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston and closed all five lanes of traffic for about an hour.
