Family and close friends of Riley and Millie O'Bryant are invited to attend a 50th anniversary celebration to be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 27 at 76911 Spring Hollow Road in Adams. Those planning to attend should RSVP to Pam Wagenaar at 541-566-3971 by June 18.

Riley and Millie were married June 28, 1959, in Burney, Calif. They lived in California and Washington before moving to the Milton-Freewater area 23 years ago.

Riley worked for the U.S. Dept. of Fish and Wildlife, and retired from Fritz Hill Ranches. He now enjoys fishing and hunting. Millie is a housewife who enjoys knitting, crochet and gardening.

Their children are daughters Pam Wagenaar and husband Chuck of Adams and Celeste Vanmeter and husband Russ of Spiro, Okla., and son Ken O'Bryant and wife Errin of Las Vegas, Nev. The O'Bryants also have eight grandchildren.
