HERMISTON - Skin deep, a local rock band will be performing from 4-6 p.m., Wednesday at the library, 235 E. Gladys Ave.
There is no cost for the concert and dance, however there will be refreshments and raffles for a fee.

Local group provides family entertainment
HERMISTON - Musical skits, classic country, awesome fiddlers and "Jazz Man" Frazer Wambeke will be featured at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Hermiston High School Auditorium, 600 S. First St.
Proceeds for the event will go to the HHS swim team. Cost is $8 each or $20 for a family.
HHS plans annual open house
HERMISTON - A simulated class day of eight minutes per class is part of Hermiston High School's annual open house for parents from 6:45-8:30 p.m. on Thursday. For more information, call the school at 667-6100.
Cancer society helps women look good
Pendleton- A free hands-on workship for women undergoing cancer treatmen focuses on skin and hair care, including options relating to hair loss, including wigs, turbans and scarves.It will be held from 2-4 p.m. Thursdays in the Cascade Room at St. Anthony Hospital in Pendleton.
