PENDLETON - The Chamber of Commerce has announced several celebrations for trick or treaters on Halloween Wednesday.

Trick or treat times are from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at McKay Creek Estates, 4-7 p.m. at Elizabethan Manor and in downtown Pendleton from 3-5 p.m.

There will be a Halloween party for preschoolers through sixth grade students from 5-7:30 p.m. at the Pendleton Convention Center. Teens can enjoy a Halloween Dance at the Helen McCune Recreation Center, 501 S.W. Dorion Avenue. Costumes are optional and admission is $1.

There will also be a Harvest Festival at the Salvation Army Community Center from 6-8 p.m. on Southeast Emigrant Avenue.
