GOSPEL MUSICIAN JERRY SPAINHOWER IN CONCERT, 11 a.m. at the Hermiston Seventh-day Adventist Church, 855 W. Highland Ave. There is no charge and the public is welcome.

BENEFIT DINNER FOR BRIAN SCHAFFELD, 5-7 p.m. at the Hermiston High School Commons. The senior class president has been diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. Tickets are $7 for adults, $3 for children 10 and younger, and $20 for a family of four. There will also be raffles. Tickets are available at the Chamber of Commerce, Barnett & Moro, the school, First Christian Church and at the door.
