Redmond tried to take advantage of a young Buck secondary, passing 43 times Friday night, but Pendleton survived 35-18 in the first Intermountain Conference game for each team. Torrential rains pounded the field in the second and third quarters, so Pendleton kept the ball on the ground and rushed for 280 yards. Dave Boor, with an opening touchdown run of 95 yards, led the Bucks with 146 total yards.
