8 ounces dark chocolate candy wafers
1/2 cup cream
2/3 cup sugar
Put all three ingredients in a double boiler and stir continuously over low heat until smooth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for five minutes, stirring occasionally to keep it from sticking.
Remove from the heat and stir gently. With cake on a cake plate, pour the glaze over the cake, letting it run evenly down the sides. Tap the cake on your working area to level the surface. Wipe off bottom on cake plate and let set until it is firm.
