Betty and Emile Holeman of Pendleton and Richard Mudrow of Lebanon along with Mike and Stacey Holeman of The Dalles announce the engagement of their granddaughter and daughter, Mariah Holeman of Salem, to Gregory Brink of Salem.

The bride-elect graduated in 2001 from The Dalles High School. She earned a bachelor's degree in 2005 at Lewis and Clark College in Portland in psychology and earned her massage therapist certification in 2007 from Oregon School of Massage.

The groom to be is the son of Sharon and Gary Brink of Farmington, N.M. He graduated in 2000 from Farmington High School and earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Col. He holds dual masters' degrees in engineering management and technology management with specializations in operations research and strategic corporate development and leadership. He is an economist for Oregon Bridge Delivery Partners in Salem.

The couple is planning an intimate ceremony for their families in July, 2007, at the Oregon Garden in Salem.
