PENDLETON — An artist talk and screening is planned Thursday to welcome a London-based artist, author and filmmaker to Crow’s Shadow Institute of the Arts.

Wuon-Gean Ho is working in the Crow’s Shadow studios through July. She currently resides in London, where she is a Print Fellow at the Royal Academy of Art. In a previous visit to Crow’s Shadow in September 2015, Wuon-Gean produced a series of reduction linocut prints called “Shadow Boy” and “Shadow Girl.” An animated sequence made from a selection of these prints will be screened during an artist talk beginning at 5 p.m., and Wuon-Gean will share some of her process and recent print works.

The event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact the institute at 541-276-3954 or email nika@crowsshadow.org.
