BOARDMAN — A community workshop to discuss proposed projects in Boardman is planned for Tuesday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Port of Morrow, 2 Marine Drive, Boardman.

The Boardman Chamber of Commerce Community Enhancement Committee has started a list of ideas, including a recreation center/pool, assisted living facility, landscaping on frontage roads, a freeway bridge and interchange art work, painting the water tower, Main Street beautification and a splash pad. Citizens interested in discussing these ideas or suggesting additional projects are encouraged to attend the meeting.

To provide input by ranking priority projects, stop by the chamber office to pick up a form. For more information, call 541-481-3014.
