PENDLETON — College Community Theatre will conduct auditions for its spring production of “The Orphans.”

The heartfelt comedy written by James Prideaux centers around two wealthy and eccentric sisters who have lived nearly in exclusion in their hotel room since their parents died 25 years earlier.

Auditions are Tuesday and Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Bob Clapp Theatre in Pioneer Hall at Blue Mountain Community College, 2411 N.W. Carden Ave., Pendleton. The cast calls for three adult women (two major roles and one minor) and three adult men (one major role and two minor). Students, staff and community members are invited to try out — no previous experience or preparation is required. Scripts are available for review. Directed by Craig McIntosh, the production will be staged May 14-17 and 21-24.

For more information, contact McIntosh at 541-278-5928 or cct@bluecc.edu.
