HERMISTON A two-week camp exploring fiber arts will provide information on basic techniques in weaving, sewing and fabric painting. During the Color Art Camp, participants will learn how to make dolls or puppets, how to finger weave, how to weave on a basic loom and create a tapestry.
Offered through Hermiston Parks and Recreation, the sessions are Monday through Thursdays from Aug. 13-Aug. 23. The time slots available are 9-10:30 a.m. or 1-2:30 p.m.
