MORO — Author Jane Kirkpatrick will make a presentation about the power of historical women during an event at the Sherman County Historical Museum Store.

The museum and store is open Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 200 Dewey St., Moro. Kirkpatrick’s presentation is at 2 p.m. Her books will be available for purchase.

The award-winning author is known for her lively presentations and stories that encourage and inspire.

Jessie Fuhrer, museum store manager, encourages people to support the Sherman County High School Scholarship Association Bazaar. It’s also on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 65912 High School Loop, Moro.
