PENDLETON Local cat lovers will appreciate the purr-fect deal in November offered by the Pendleton Animal Welfare Shelter.
From Monday through the end of the month, people can take advantage of the Adopt One, Get One Free special. People who adopt an adult cat can get a second adult or kitten at no cost. The adoption fee is $75 for adult cats. Each cat comes with a neuter/spay voucher, if needed.
