PILOT?ROCK — Winterphest continues in Pilot Rock this weekend with the annual lighted parade.

Those planning to participate need to sign in Saturday by 4:45 p.m. at the Pilot Rock Fire Station, 415 N.E. Fourth St. The illuminated parade will head out at 5 p.m. — going down Cherry Street to Main and then onto Highway 395 to East Birch Creek, onto Seventh Street, then on Southwest Cedar and back to Main Street.

Following the parade, chili and hot chocolate will be served up at Pilot Rock City Hall, 144 N. Alder Place. Also, awards will be given to the top three floats.

In addition, residents are encouraged to decorate their homes with Christmas lights. The top three will receive cash prizes.
