PENDLETON — Trey Johnson, a team roper from Texas, is the special speaker during an outdoor church service in Pendleton.

The annual Round-Up week community church service is Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at Roy Raley Park, 1205 S.W. Court Ave., Pendleton. People of all faiths are invited to attend.

The worship service is casual. Those attending are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket. After the service, the community is invited to enjoy a free barbecue.

Johnson and his wife, Heather, and children Maci, Hayes and Chloe, are based in Weatherford, Texas. He’s been in the ministry since 1998.
