PENDLETON — Women of all faiths are invited to a Friends in Faith program. The event is Saturday, July 14 beginning with lunch at 11:30 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 201 S.W. Dorion Ave., Pendleton.

Barbara Clark, who attends the church, will share about her experiences as a Presbyterian Women Global Exchange representative to India. Her special guest will be Zovi Rokum from the Presbyterian Church of India, Shillong. She is the Presbyterian Women’s Fellowship secretary.  Rokum will be in the United States to participate in the Presbyterian Women’s Churchwide Gathering, which is July 18-22 in Orlando.

Friends in Faith grew out of the annual World Day of Prayer, with appreciation to the women of Peace Lutheran Church for the idea. Those planning to attend are asked to RSVP by contacting 541-276-7681 or fpcp@pendletonpresbyterian.com.
