PENDLETON — New three-week yoga sessions start next week through Pendleton Parks & Recreation.

Early Bird yoga is Monday and Wednesdays from 5:45-6:30 a.m. The fee is $34 for the three-week session or $8 per class.

The basic yoga sessions are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. The cost is $40 for all sessions or a drop-in rate of $9.

Adapted yoga, which features modified poses eliminating getting up and down from the floor, are Wednesday and Fridays from 9:30-10:30 a.m. The cost is $40 or a drop-in rate of $9.

All yoga classes are at the Pendleton Recreation Center, 510 S.W. Dorion Ave. Registration is due a week prior to the first session. To register, visit or stop by the parks office, 865 Tutuilla Road. For more information, call 541-276-8100.
