PENDLETON - The Pendleton Center for the Arts, 214 N. Main St., opens two new exhibits Thursday with an opening reception from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The Center's East Oregonian Gallery will feature the work of Dayton, Wash., artist Monica Stobie, whose rich oil pastel works on paper and evocative mixed media works are widely collected in the region. The Lorenzen Board Room Gallery will feature works by Pendleton photographer Rachel Owen.
