PENDLETON - The American Red Cross has scheduled training sessions for first aid, CPR and a review class.

The Adult CPR/AED and First Aid training will be from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Friday at the Oregon Mountain River Chapter District Office, 322 S.W. Third St.

Participants receive a reference handbook and, upon successful completion of the class, certification cards.

An infant and child CPR/First Aid class will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the district office. The class teaches emergency procedures for breathing and cardiac emergencies for infants and children.

The infant and child CPR/First Aid class will repeat from 5:30-9:30 p.m. Thursday, April 28.

An adult CPR/AED training review class is planned for 3-5 p.m. Thursday, April 28, at the district office. The class is designed for current card-holders who are nearing their card's expiration date.

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all classes. Call Marianne Ansart, 276-1211, with questions and to register.
