The Arlington United Methodist Women are working hard to get ready for their annual bazaar on Dec. 1. "Snowmany Memories" will feature snowmen of all kinds.
A ham dinner will be served at noon and the sale will begin at 1 p.m. In addition to the snowmen, there will be homemade candies and baked goods, handcrafted items, hand embroidered dish towels, Christmas stockings and holiday decorations. In addition, a hand-crafted quilt will be given away.

SATURDAYALTRUSA BAZAAR, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Pendleton Convention Center. Raffle tickets for items including a grandfather clock are available from Altrusa members and will be sold at the bazaar.
ARTIFACTORY, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at St. Patrick Senior Center, Heppner. Soup, bread, dessert and coffee available throughout the sale. For more information call 676-9030.

ST. MARY'S CHRISTMAS BAZAAR AND COUNTRY KITCHEN, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at St. Mary's Church Parish Hall, 800 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton. Brunch, lunch and desserts will be served. Festive food, gifts and crafts available for purchase. All proceeds benefit St. Mary's Outreach.
