The bean counters went back to their abacus and figured they had made an error in reporting the top fundraising youth team at Pendleton's Relay for Life.

The strong, young legs of the Sunridge Middle School team was the top fundraiser with $642.12. The second-place team was Super Heroes in Training, bringing in $544. Rhythmic Mode, the high school dance team, took third place with $532.75.

The Boy Scouts presentation of the colors was a great addition to Pendleton's Relay for Life. Troops 777 and 700 provided the moving ceremony this year.
