PENDLETON — The following felony sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

•Jessica Richele Banker, 26, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to seven counts of Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 5 days jail, 2 years probation, 120 sanction units and 60 maximum jail units for each count; pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $5,100 restitution and 3 months driver’s license suspension.

•George Patrick Smith, 52, Yakima, Wash., pleaded guilty to Aggravated Identity Theft: sentence to 36 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC) and 2 years pot-prison supervision; pleaded guilty to 19 counts of Identity Theft and three counts of Possession of Forged Instrument I: sentenced to 30 months Oregon DOC and 1 year post-prison supervision for each count, and $50 restitution; pleaded guilty to Possession of Forged Instrument II: sentence discharged; pleaded guilty to two counts of Mail Theft or Receipt of Stolen Mail: sentenced to 30 months Oregon DOC and 2 years post-prison supervision for each count; pleaded guilty to Delivery of Heroin and Delivery of Methamphetamine: sentences discharged.

•Timothy Lawrence Haberstitch, 60, Boardman, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine, $2,300 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 2 days jail, $1,755 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension.

•Eric Scott Arbogast, 38, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Identity Theft: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units and 30 maximum jail units; pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class A Misdemeanor: sentenced to 55 days jail.

MISDEMEANOR

•Marcos Antonio Martel Hernandez, 34, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 24 hours community service and $150 fine.

•David Junior Reynolds, 44, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 160 hours community service, $1,255 fine, $5,250 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to a second count of DUII: sentenced to 90 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 160 hours community service, $1,755 fine, $4,750 fine-suspended and 3 years driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to two counts of Refusal to Take a Test for Intoxicants: sentenced to $650 fine for each count; pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to $1,000 fine; pleaded guilty to a second count of Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to $2,000 fine; pleaded guilty to Driving Motor Vehicle While Using Mobile Electronic Device (first citation): sentenced to $100 fine.

•Laura Jo Yearicks, 41, Pendleton, pleaded no contest to Harassment: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Bill Wayne Snyder II, 37, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 30 days jail, $100 fine-suspended and $400 restitution.

•Jarrod Allen Bankston, 29, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 10 days jail, 170 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 60 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees (second count discharged).

•Carlos Barroso Valdez, 32, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 100 hours community service, $100 fine and $44.49 restitution; pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass I: sentenced to 60 days jail; pleaded guilty to two counts of Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 60 days jail and $100 fine for each count.

•Hugo Sanchez Ochoa, 28, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 4 months jail and $100 fine for each count.
