PENDLETON — The following felony sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Daniel Lee Wood III, 28, Umatilla (TRCI), pleaded guilty to Aggravated Theft I: sentenced to 15 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), 2 years post-prison supervision, $200 fine and $41,287.06 restitution; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to $200 fine-suspended.

•Justin Lee Rehmke, 33, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Unlawful Use of Weapon and Felon in Possession of Firearm: sentenced to 13 months Oregon DOC and 2 years post-prison supervision for each count.

•Bradley John Bettencourt, 30, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Arson I: sentenced to 24 months Oregon DOC and 3 years post-prison supervision, plus restitution to be determined.

•Jon-Christian Stubblefield, 40, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Coercion: sentenced to 36 months Oregon DOC, 2 years post-prison supervision, $200 fine and $12,891.35 restitution, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to three counts of Assault IV and one count of Strangulation and Attempt to Commit Class C/Unclassified Felony: sentenced to $100 fine for each count (sentences discharged; pleaded guilty to Interfering With Peace/Parole/Probation Officer: sentenced to 30 days jail and $100 fine.

•Sara Kay Davis, 26, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to four counts of Mail Theft or Receipt of Stolen Mail: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service and restitution to be determined for each count.

MISDEMEANOR

•Isaiah James Hilliard, 40, Hermiston, pleaded no contest to Menacing: sentence to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $750 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to $100 fine (sentence discharged).

•Brandalyn Michelle Maglaughlin, 37, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Criminal Mischief II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $100 fine and $1,900 fine-suspended for each count, plus restitution to be determined and court costs and fees.

•Valerie Kielli Akuna, 27, Port Angeles, Wash., pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 1 year probation and enrollment in Diversion Program; pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine and 3 months driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Elizabeth Mae McCoy, 31, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 20 hours community service, $200 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Joshua Aaron Hughes, 22, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 20 hours community service, $400 fine, $1,250 fine-suspended, $300 restitution and 90 days driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Chanse Jacob Bennett, 22, Condon, pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another: sentenced to 180d ays jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 80 hours community service and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Natasha Mable Watson, 29, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to two counts of Assault IV: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $1,750 fine-suspended for each count.

•Michael Glenn Hamman II, 52, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation 100 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Otis Steve Hard Jr., 55, Lebanon, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 60 days jail, 120 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 160 hours community service, $1,750 fine, $1,750 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Kimberly Hazel Mansfield, 49, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to TheftII: sentenced to 2 days jail, 178 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine, $1,900 fine-suspended and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 2 days jail and $100 fine, plus attorney fees.

•Curtis Antoine Sampson, 24, Pendleton, was convicted of Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 20 hours community service and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.
