PENDLETON — The following felony sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

•Ricardo Lara Gutierrez, 24, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Coercion and Unlawful Use of Weapon: sentenced to 5 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $200 fine and $1,550 fine-suspended for each count; pleaded guilty to Menacing and Interfering With Peace/Parole/Probation Officer: sentences discharged.

•Michael Von Vertrees, 42, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $500 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Gary Dean Powell, 46, address not provided, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to $200 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Felon in Possession of Firearm: sentenced to 18 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), 2 years post-prison supervision and $200 fine.

MISDEMEANOR

•Stephen Michael Swope, 49, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentence to discharge.

•Sean Thomas Wright, 46, Pasco, Wash., pleaded guilty to Theft II and Criminal Trespass I: sentenced to 180 days jail for each count, and $720.36 restitution; pleaded guilty to Theft III and Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 30 days jail for each count; pleaded guilty to Theft II and Failure to Appear II: sentences to discharge.

•Jason Michael Tinsley, 37, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine, $900 fine-suspended and $150 restitution, plus court costs and fees.

•Jorge Alexis Lopez, 23, Boardman, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees.

•Shantel Renee Santiago, 40, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 40 hours community service and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Cody Vern Holton, 21, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Menacing: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units and $1,750 fine-suspended.

•Brandon Scott Dixon, 37, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass I and Theft II: sentenced to 2 days jail, 178 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine and $1,900 fine-suspended for each count, plus court costs and fees.

•Destanae Joyce Self, 24, Kennewick, Wash., pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service and $100 fine.

•Jan Arne Hart, 73, Emmett, Idaho, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 60 days jail, 120 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 160 hours community service, $1,750 fine, $1,750 fine-suspended and 3 years driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Kody Lawrence Rooper, 25, Pendleton, was convicted of DUII: sentenced to 4 days jail, 176 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,505 fine, $1,250 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Matthew Lloyd Sisemore, 40, Umatilla (TRCI), pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to $100 fine (sentence to discharge).

•Freddy Valentino Zamora, 19, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Assault III: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service and $1,750 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.
