PENDLETON — More of Pendleton Grain Growers’ surplus properties are heading to the auction block.

Realty Marketing/Northwest Auction has sold a number of the PGG sites, including the retail store in Milton-Freewater. John Rosenthal, Realty Marketing president and principal Oregon broker, said PGG is selling off five sites this spring.

Two are on the Umatilla Indian Reservation near the Nixyaawii Governance Center. Both properties are along Highway 331. One is about two acres in an industrial zone, and the other is about .14 acres and residential.

The other three properties are in Milton-Freewater, including a full block with residential zoning at the corner of Northeast Eighth Avenue and Robbins Street.

The complete list of the PGG properties plus 30 more sites are in the spring catalog available from the Auction Information Office at 800-845-3524. For more information, contact Marti Cohn at marti@rmnw-auctions.com.
