The local anti-drug team Tuesday raided a Milton-Freewater home and arrested three people on drug-related charges.

The bust came after a three-month investigation, according to a news release from Sgt. Rick Jackson with the Blue Mountain Enforcement Narcotics Team.

Tuesday at 12:50 p.m. officers, with search warrant in hand, descended on the home at 105 S. Russell St. and made the following arrests:

Clinton Clarence Caron, 50, on charges of possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine and frequenting a place where controlled substances are kept;

Lori Jean Taylor, 52, on charges of possession of methamphetamine and frequenting a place where controlled substances are kept;

Shannon Ann Carson, 30, on the charge of frequenting a place where controlled substances are kept.

Police found half a gram of crystal methamphetamine and other evidence of drug trafficking at the home, Jackson said. The drug has a street value of about $250.

The raid wraps up an investigation involving a number of people in illegal drug trade in the Milton-Freewater area, Jackson said. The case is now in the hands of prosectors in the Umatilla County District Attorney's Office.
