Oregonians finding it hard to make ends meet now have a new online resource.

With the click of a mouse, people can find links to key assistance programs, thanks to the efforts of the Oregon State Extension Service. The Web site, "Finding Help in Tough Times," lists links to Oregon's employment, education and human services departments.

The sites help people find information about filing for unemployment, finding a job, avoiding foreclosure, staying physically and mentally healthy, applying for food stamps, nutrition programs and free or lower-priced school meals.

The site is at: http://www.extension.oregonstate.edu .
