Horses and riders are invited to participate in "Jubilee Days", to be held Friday and Saturday at the Jubilee Youth Ranch campus at Broetje Orchards, near Prescott.

A sunset ride will be held Friday evening and a sunrise breakfast will be offered Saturday morning.

A trail ride competition demonstrating the partnership between horse and rider will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday with registration starting at 8 a.m. The trail will feature an eight-mile course in and around the orchards.

A noon barbecue will be held, followed by a clinic by horsemanship expert Keith Danielson. Archery, bounce houses, carnival games, horseshoes and a variety of other activities will be offered, along with a supper and sunset trail ride Saturday evening.

Proceeds will go to the Jubilee Agriculture Department and the launching of its Horse Rescue Program.

Packages are available for the entire weekend or a la carte. Group and family discounts are also available. Riders must provide their own horse. For more information and registration, go to www.jyranch.org, or call 509-749-2103.
