PENDLETON - Sixth Circuit Judge Daniel Hill set dates for the trial of a young man from Weston suspected of arson.

Daniel Corey Miller, 18, is charged with one count of first-degree arson, two counts of coercion, two counts of menacing and two counts of unlawful use of a weapon.

Last week, Hill set Miller's trial dates for Feb. 15-16, with a pretrial hearing on Feb. 5.

Authorities arrested Miller Dec. 18 and arraigned him on Dec. 21 for events that allegedly happened Dec. 13, said District Attorney Dean Gushwa. Victims listed in the incident include Jerry Dean Miller and Susan Miller, but Gushwa did not say whether or not they are related to Daniel Corey Miller.
