PENDLETON - The Pendleton Library's summer reading program, "Catch the Reading Bug," begins June 16 and runs through Aug. 9. Children of all ages are welcome to join the program.

The library will be offering a variety of weekly programs, give-aways and fun activities. Featured performers will be Hart's Reptile and Bug World June 19 and Anne Louise Sterry, a national storyteller and singer, July 10. Both shows will be held from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Pendleton Recreation Center, 500 S.W. Dorion Ave.
