HERMISTON - A Hermiston man who got into a fight at a bar Wednesday night was arrested after he threatened another bar patron with a handgun.

Gregory Alan Kahoun, 44, of 375 S.E. Ninth Dr., was asked to leave the Midway Tavern after he got into a shoving match with another man. After leaving the bar, Kahoun pulled a gun on the victim in the parking lot.

The men scuffled and Kahoun bit the other man in the thigh, police reported.

Kahoun was booked into Umatilla County Jail on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm, pointing a firearm at another, menacing and reckless endangering.
