PENDLETON - Due to unforeseen complications, the location for the Home Front Pampering Project by Mary Kay Cosmetics representatives has been changed to the MK Training Center at 613 S.W. Frazer Ave., and will not last as long as originally planned. The event, which is a free day spa for women related to servicemen was originally scheduled to take place at the National Guard Armory.

The pampering will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 25. Due to the limited space, those hosting the spa will be unable to offer free childcare as originally planned. It is also essential, according to Mary Kay spokeswoman Michelle Goad, that people call to make reservations. Goad can be reached at 966-6618.

She is also interested in hearing from people who would like to donate raffle prizes or refreshments for the soldier's female family members. Those wanting to get involved may call Goad.
